Can dogs eat fondant? They can if it's our dog fondant recipe that we created specifically for dogs! This Wheat, Corn, and Soy-free fondant is the perfect addition to any dog birthday cake. Making fondant for dogs is easy; simply add water, food color, mix with a hand mixer and roll out or sculpt decorations for all your dog birthday cakes. It is recommended to use the fondant as accent decorations, not to cover entire cakes for dogs. The fondant does dry hard, so it best to plan ahead. You can even mix up a batch of your favorite dog frosting to pipe on top and you’ll be able to let your creativity take over!
Dog Fondant Ingredients: Soluble Fiber, Milk Solids, Potato Starch and Rice Flour. Lab Analysis is included. You can make one batch at a time, directions come with mix.
The dog fondant comes in a powder mixture it is PALE Yellow. You can add food coloring. Once mixed with water, this fondant acts very similar to "human" fondant but is a bit on the dry side and dries hard. It might take a little practice, order a smaller size to begin with. Store in a dry, cool place.
